A steady space in the swell of change
Transitions often stir up old patterns, new questions, and unexpected emotions. I offer thoughtful coaching, grounded presence, and deep listening to help you find steadiness, meaning, and a way forward.
Welcome
If you’ve found your way here, there’s likely something stirring—something changing, ending, beginning, or perhaps just shifting quietly beneath the surface. You might not have all the words for it yet, and that’s okay. Whether your transition is joyful, disorienting, long overdue, or hard to name, you don’t have to walk through it alone. This page is a glimpse into who I am, how I work, and how I might support you.
A steady presence for times of change
Transitions come in many forms. A longed-for promotion. A new marriage. The shift into parenthood. A relocation, retirement, or realisation that something quietly vital has been lost.
Some changes are welcome but disorienting. Others arrive unwanted—grief, illness, the end of a relationship, or a future you’d been counting on that no longer exists. These moments can shake your sense of identity, belonging, or direction.
And then there are the unlived transitions—the paths not taken, the things that never came to pass. These too, need time and space to be acknowledged.
I work with people at many turning points, including:
Each and every transition asks for self-compassion, permission to slow down, and the right kind of support.
Why this work
I didn’t arrive at this work through theory alone. I lived my way here. From adopting two children overnight, to leaving the corporate world, to starting over in a new country, to losing a parent, and now walking through peri-menopause, my path has been shaped by transitions.
Each shift taught me how to find my footing in uncertainty. Over time, I realised I wasn’t just surviving these changes. I was learning how to guide others through their own.
Alongside my coaching practice, I also spent several years supporting the growth of a design agency, offering coaching, wellbeing support, and strategic guidance on values, culture, and communication. That experience deepened my understanding of how change unfolds not just in personal lives, but collectively; in teams, identities, and systems too..
My approach is grounded, calm, and person-centred. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you listen for what’s true, and walk with you as you shape what’s next.
How I work
Coaching with me is not about quick fixes or reinventing yourself overnight. It’s about learning how to hold space for what’s shifting, and making room for what’s emerging.
