A steady space in the swell of change

Transitions often stir up old patterns, new questions, and unexpected emotions. I offer thoughtful coaching, grounded presence, and deep listening to help you find steadiness, meaning, and a way forward.

Welcome

If you’ve found your way here, there’s likely something stirring—something changing, ending, beginning, or perhaps just shifting quietly beneath the surface. You might not have all the words for it yet, and that’s okay. Whether your transition is joyful, disorienting, long overdue, or hard to name, you don’t have to walk through it alone. This page is a glimpse into who I am, how I work, and how I might support you.

A steady presence for times of change

Transitions come in many forms. A longed-for promotion. A new marriage. The shift into parenthood. A relocation, retirement, or realisation that something quietly vital has been lost.

Some changes are welcome but disorienting. Others arrive unwanted—grief, illness, the end of a relationship, or a future you’d been counting on that no longer exists. These moments can shake your sense of identity, belonging, or direction.

And then there are the unlived transitions—the paths not taken, the things that never came to pass. These too, need time and space to be acknowledged.

I work with people at many turning points, including:

  • Considering motherhood, or making peace with its absence
  • Living through loss and reorientation
  • Rebuilding after collective upheavals
  • Shifting careers, moving countries, or exploring retirement and elderhood
  • Experiencing peri-menopause and sensing a deeper re-evaluation of life
  • Navigating transitions that feel invisible to others, but deeply impactful to you

Each and every transition asks for self-compassion, permission to slow down, and the right kind of support.

Why this work

I didn’t arrive at this work through theory alone. I lived my way here. From adopting two children overnight, to leaving the corporate world, to starting over in a new country, to losing a parent, and now walking through peri-menopause, my path has been shaped by transitions.

Each shift taught me how to find my footing in uncertainty. Over time, I realised I wasn’t just surviving these changes. I was learning how to guide others through their own.

Alongside my coaching practice, I also spent several years supporting the growth of a design agency, offering coaching, wellbeing support, and strategic guidance on values, culture, and communication. That experience deepened my understanding of how change unfolds not just in personal lives, but collectively; in teams, identities, and systems too..

My approach is grounded, calm, and person-centred. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you listen for what’s true, and walk with you as you shape what’s next.

How I work

Coaching with me is not about quick fixes or reinventing yourself overnight. It’s about learning how to hold space for what’s shifting, and making room for what’s emerging.

Together, we:

  • Clarify what’s changing. And what it’s asking of you
  • Reconnect you with your inner steadiness and knowing
  • Shape meaningful, personalised steps in a rhythm that fits your life

I draw from coaching psychology, spiritual counselling, nature-based wisdom, ceremony, and somatic practices. Every session is shaped by your needs, not a formula.

All sessions take place online in a calm, confidential space — offering you the flexibility to join from wherever you are.

My philosophy and values

  • Transitions deserve reverence. They are not problems to solve, but invitations to grow, let go, or begin again.
  • You don’t need to be fixed. My role is not to improve you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own strength and knowing.
  • Meaning matters. I believe that pausing to reflect on change allows us to find meaning, and meaning helps us heal.
  • Coaching is sacred space. It’s a place to explore, grieve, hope, and imagine without judgment.
  • Self-compassion is radical. Especially in a world that rushes us through everything.

Training and foundations

My work is grounded in deep training and lived experience. These are some of the roots that support my practice:

  • Diploma in Transformational Coaching – Animas Centre for Coaching
  • CPDs in Somatic Coaching, Existential Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching
  • Certificate in Nancy Kline’s Time to Think
  • Certificate in Solution-Focused Coaching
  • Mental Health First Aider
  • Ordained OneSpirit Interfaith Minister
  • 10+ year apprenticeship in the Celtic Shamanic Medicine Wheel
  • Additional holistic trainings in Sound Healing, Ecstatic Awakening Dance, Reiki, Reflexology, Huna, Indian Head Massage, Kundalini Yoga
  • Alongside coaching, I also offer bespoke ceremonies as an interfaith minister—funerals, weddings, baby namings, adoption ceremonies, and other thresholds that call to be honoured with care and meaning.
  • I also have regular supervision with a fully qualified supervisor, counsellor, and Gestalt psychotherapist to keep my practice grounded, reflective, and accountable

“Tania was a joy to work with. When I first came to her I was in a rut and I wanted to change everything about my life. Tania helped me to make small changes and to begin to change my perspective which led to me making bigger changes. It was not just about our sessions together but what happened in between those sessions. She gave me ‘exercises’ which gave me focus outside of our time together, which was really useful.

Tania was so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her work.”
